“We are changing our name to remain forward-thinking,” Mike Kramer, president of the Chicago-based publisher, said in a statement. “This rebranding represents the growth of the company and how we deliver our unique information digitally to our clients whenever or wherever they need it.”

All of the company’s products exist in print and on digital platforms — including the flagship Chicago Daily Law Bulletin, Sullivan’s Law Directory, Chicago Lawyer magazine, Jury Verdict Reporter, Illinois Real Estate Journal and Midwest Real Estate News.

Along with the new name, the company unveiled a new logo. “The arrow graphic represents the integration and consolidation of the company’s content, converging on one path and in a forward direction,” according to a statement.
