One hundred radio stations across the country will begin airing Jonathon Brandmeier’s new Chicago-based syndicated talk show, starting Monday.

Westwood One announced it has signed 100 affiliates for the show, which premiered locally last week on Cumulus Media news/talk WLS AM 890. The team of John Kass and Lauren Cohn previously aired in the time period here.

At the outset, WLS is airing only the first two hours of the three-hour show — from 9 to 11 a.m. Monday through Friday. The full show will stream live online from 9 a.m. to noon weekdays at BrandmeierShow.com.

“We are elated to be launching Jonathan [sic] Brandmeier on 100 stations,” Dennis Green, senior vice president of Westwood One, said in a statement. “Our affiliates have come to trust the Westwood One team to provide the best talent for stations and Brandmeier will be no exception.”

Among Brandmeier’s other outlets are KABC in Los Angeles, KLIF in Dallas, WWBA in Tampa, KKAT in Salt Lake City, WPRV in Providence and KTBL in Albuquerque.

In many cities, Brandmeier’s syndicated show is replacing one hosted by Dennis Miller, who retired from radio. In Chicago, Miller’s show aired on Salem Media news/talk WIND AM 560, which also will unveil its new midday lineup Monday.
