Mason and Remy, a popular duo on St. Louis radio, have been named morning personalities at iHeartMedia’s new country music station in Chicago.

Starting January 20, “The Mason and Remy Show” will air from 6 to 10 a.m. weekdays on WNUA FM 95.5, which this week switched from Spanish-language regional Mexican to a country format branded as Big 95.5.

The two hosts, who previously worked separate shifts at WBNQ in Bloomington, Illinois, left to join KSD in St. Louis as a morning team in 2010. They subsequently moved to afternoons. Since 2014 they also have hosted mornings on KLOU in St. Louis. Both stations are owned by iHeartMedia. Mason's full name is Mason Schreader. Remy's full name is Zach Hoesly.

“We are beyond grateful for the opportunities we’ve been afforded with the team at iHeartMedia and can't wait for this next step in our careers with the Big 95.5," they said in a joint statement released by the company. "We both visit Chicago regularly and have friends and family in the area so we’re really looking forward to BIG things."

They will continue to host their afternoon show in St. Louis from studios in Chicago.
